🧶 When will my order be dispatched?
For all orders, we aim to dispatch the next business day.
🧶 Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can start by sending us a email at email@example.com we will give you some instructions.
🧶 Can I still refund my order if I have used Afterpay?
Absolutely! Once we process your refund all future payments will be cancelled and you will be refunded any of your previous payments.

We now ship to New Zealand, USA and UK. Please check shipping for our rates.
🧶 How much will shipping be?
We offer $10 flat rate shipping on all Australian orders and free shipping when you spend over $200.
For our NZ customers, we charge a $20 flat rate and free shipping when you spend over $300.
For our USA customers, we charge a $40 flat rate and free shipping when you spend over $300.
For our UK customers, we charge a $45 flat rate and free shipping when you spend over $300.

Unfortunately, we don't offer returns on gift cards.
🧶 When will my gift card expire?
All gift cards are valid for 3 years.
